Morning! Quick question for when you have time…Would you happen to have measurements or approximates for the peach ice cream? My moms neighbor’s tree is flooded with peaches and your idea was perfect timing!…and thought I would share your page with her too!
Hi Tonia – I just eyeballed it when I did it and it worked great. I’d say half a food-processor bowl of frozen peach quarters + about a cup of heavy cream and sugar to taste (depending on how sweet your peaches are). But you just need enough cream to get the food processor spinning freely. That’s the trick.
This is totally inspired! I love that you showed how to do it in a food processor, I just bought an ice cream maker and it is peach season. I want to try this as soon as possible. Thank you!
