Red Wine and Fig Glaze
- ¼ cup fig preserves
- ½ cup dry red wine
- 1 tbsp. finely minced fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp. finely ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. This will be easier if you melt the fig preserves first in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
