Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce
 
 
Serves: About 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup peach salsa
  • ¾ cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp - 1 tbsp yellow curry paste (to taste)
  • juice and zest of one lime
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Adjust seasonings as desired.
